Cancellation policy

The Resume Chop Shop offers two primary purchase options: the DIY Pro Toolkit (a one-time digital product purchase) and the Chop Shop Insider Membership (a recurring subscription service). Due to the immediate access and consumable nature of all digital products and service packages, The Resume Chop Shop maintains a strict policy of no refunds on all purchases. For the DIY Pro Toolkit and all specific service packages, all sales are final upon payment. For the Chop Shop Insider Membership, which is billed every four weeks at $49/month, you are free to cancel the subscription at any time by emailing info@theresumechopshop.com at least 24 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date, but no refunds will be issued for past or partial billing cycles.
