Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using The Resume Chop Shop website, its digital products (like the DIY Pro Toolkit), service packages (like the Essentials Career Package), or its subscription services (like the Chop Shop Insider Membership) operated by The Resume Chop Shop.
By accessing or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
1. Legal Entity and Operator Disclosure
1.1. Operating Entity: This Service is operated by Opulent Consulting Group, doing business as (dba) The Resume Chop Shop.
2. General Conditions and Use
2.1. Acceptance of Terms: These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. 2.2. Modifications: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. 2.3. Service Use: You agree to use the services and products only for their intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws. 2.4. Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any products or services from The Resume Chop Shop.
3. Digital Products and Payments
3.1. Products Covered: These terms cover all digital products, including the DIY Pro Toolkit and any other templates, guides, scripts, or digital downloads. 3.2. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service. 3.3. No Guaranteed Results: The Resume Chop Shop provides educational and strategic guidance. We do not guarantee employment, salary increases, interview offers, or job placement. Your career success depends entirely on your effort, market conditions, and personal execution.
4. Strict No Refund Policy
4.1. All Sales Are Final: Due to the immediate access and consumable nature of all digital products and service packages, The Resume Chop Shop maintains a strict policy of no refunds on all purchases. 4.2. Scope: This no-refund policy applies universally to one-time products (e.g., the DIY Pro Toolkit), service packages (like the Essentials Career Package), and all payments made for recurring services (e.g., the Chop Shop Insider Membership). All sales are final.
5. Chop Shop Insider Membership (Subscription Service)
5.1. Billing: The Chop Shop Insider Membership is a recurring monthly subscription service. You will be billed every four weeks (monthly) in advance, and this fee is non-refundable. 5.2. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To stop all future billing, you must submit your cancellation request by emailing info@theresumechopshop.com at least 24 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date. 5.3. Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all Membership features and content until the end of the current billing cycle for which you have already paid.
6. Intellectual Property and Limited License
6.1. Ownership: All content provided within the Service, including guides, video workshops, templates, prompts, and the name "The Resume Chop Shop," is the exclusive property of The Resume Chop Shop and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. 6.2. Limited Personal Use License: When you purchase a product or service, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own personal, non-commercial use only. 6.3. Prohibited Actions: You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without express written consent. Sharing templates, guides, or Membership access with non-purchasers is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall The Resume Chop Shop, nor its owner, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
